Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Director to join our dynamic digital marketing and content production agency. As a Senior Account Director, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing influencer campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that drive real results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and effectively communicating with clients to understand their business goals and needs
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, including overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and technology teams, to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations
- Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned accounts, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to ensure that our services remain competitive and relevant
- Prepare and present reports to clients on key metrics and results, including campaign performance and ROI
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients’ business and industry, and leverage that knowledge to provide insightful recommendations and counsel
- Manage the financial performance of assigned accounts, ensuring that projects are completed within budget constraints and that billings are accurate and timely
- Oversee the management of influencer campaigns, including selecting the right influencers for each campaign, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in account management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior-level role
- Proven track record of managing successful client relationships and delivering high-quality services that drive results
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including influencer marketing, content production, and social media
- Knowledge of the advertising and media industries is a plus
