We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our fast-growing digital marketing and content production agency. Our company is dedicated to providing the highest quality services to our clients and our team members, and we believe that people are the key to our success.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will also play a key role in shaping the company culture and helping to create a supportive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including setting performance expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees
- Lead training and development initiatives, including creating and delivering training programs and identifying opportunities for employee growth and advancement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the company culture and promote a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and bring new ideas and innovations to the team
- Oversee HR budget and ensure that HR initiatives are completed within budget constraints
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and report on key HR initiatives to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a HR leadership role, including experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including applicant tracking systems, performance management systems, and training platforms
