We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Developer to join our Influencer Marketing and Content Production Agency. The Business Developer will play a critical role in expanding our client base, securing new partnerships and sponsors, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, sponsors, and partners
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, sponsors, and partners
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the production team to develop proposals and presentations for clients and sponsors
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the agency
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on progress and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with the influencer marketing and content production industries is a plus
